Elaine L. (Andrews) Meadows, 81, Johnstown, died January 24, 2026 at Hilltop Heights. Born November 15, 1944 in Johnstown, daughter of Otha and Delphine (White) Andrews. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Sheila Robinson; and brothers, Michael and Ronald. Survived by husband John Meadows, Sr.; children, John, Jr. and friend, Lisa Lighfoot; and Cheryl; grandchildren, Tasha (Cheick Kebe); Tajonda (Daniel Bradley); Tawanna Meadows; John Q. Meadows; and Everett Robinson, II; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Marilyn Andrews (Ledford Meadows); and Allen Andrews; and several nieces and nephews. She was retired from the US Postal Service. By request, there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held at a later date. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the Meadows family.
