Earl H. Aurandt

Earl H. Aurandt, 92, Johnstown, died May 8, 2023, at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 4, 1930, in Johnstown; son of Earl L. and Elsie Q. (Leidy) Aurandt. Preceded in death by parents; son, Charles; twin brother, Carl; and sister, Dorothy, and her husband, Alex Lynch. Survived by wife, Joan (Packech); son, David, Johnstown; 5 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren; brother, George (Betty), Lancaster; and numerous nieces and nephews. Earl was a member of Vinco Church of the Brethren. He was the owner and operator of Aurandt Motor Company. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Friends received Thursday from 10AM until the hour of service at 11Am at Vinco Church of the Brethren. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements are by Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home.
