Donna J. Kelley80, Johnstown, died August 13,2024 at Windber Hospice. Born December 11, 1943 in Johnstown, daughter of Paul E. and Wilma (Penrod) Carbaugh. Preceded in death by parents; husband Hugh "Sam"; son, Hugh, Jr. and sister, Bonnie Jakell, and her husband Roy Jakell; and niece, Shelley Jakell. Survived children, Bryan; and Pamela Terek (Brian). Donna was a member of Roxbury Church of the Brethren. She was a graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School, Class of 1962. She enjoyed camping, going to Myrtle Beach, and being with her family. Friends received 4-7PM Friday at John Henderson Company funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held 10AM Saturday with Pastor Brian Simmons officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
