Diane (Price) 77, Denver, CO passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, at the Brookdale ParkPlace Memory Care Unit in Denver, CO. Born in Johnstown, PA, Diane was the daughter of Charles S and Joan Ogle Price. Preceded in death by parents and daughter Allison Price Groff (May 8, 2018). Survived by sons Christian Groff (Megan Reilly) of Orange County, CA and Fletcher Groff (Julie) of Eagle CO. Grandchildren Barrett, Boden and Ashlynn of Eagle CO, former husband Neal Groff, Denver/Vail CO, brothers Charles S III (Hibby) and David E (Deborah) both of Johnstown, PA. Nieces and nephews, Emily, Seth, Matthew, Teresa, Tammy and Tanya. Diane was a 1965 graduate of Westmont High School, a 1969 graduate of Hollins College with a BA in Art History and a graduate of the University of Denver with a Masters in Art History. Diane was employed by Braniff Airlines, the Denver Art Museum and as a real estate agent for Fuller Sotheby's International Realty, Denver CO. Diane's main passion was her family, particularly her three children to whom she was deeply devoted. Diane was a member of the Denver Junior League, a docent at the Denver Art Museum, Cancer Survivor and advocate. Diane enjoyed traveling, reading, cooking, the theatre, music, skiing and walking in Cheeseman Park. Diane was a poised and gracious lady. She was the consummate hostess and always made everyone feel welcome at any social or family gathering. Family and friends can gather to remember Diane at the Westmont Presbyterian Church, 601 Luzerne St, Johnstown, PA from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, February 7 with a service following at 11:00 am. Rev. Bernard Nti, officiating. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery following the funeral service.
