Debra A. (Roman) Hadix

Debra A. (Roman) Hadix, 72, Johnstown, died September 21, 2018, at Windber Hospice. She was born December 4, 1945, in Windber, daughter of the late William and Mary (Dzierski) Roman. She was preceded in death by her son, John Kiser; brothers-in law, William Hadix and David Hadix; sister-in-law, Barbara Manning; and niece, Bobby Jo Witten. She is survived by her husband, Donald Hadix; sons, Donald Kiser, and wife, Mary, Bulls Gap, TN; Timothy Kiser, and wife, Lori, Johnstown; and Daniel Kiser, and wife, Maribeth, Johnstown; step-children, DeAnn Cardarella, and husband, Joel, Johnstown; and Brian Hadix, and wife, Joelle, Johnstown; grandchildren, Cpt. Alyssa, US Army (Robert Harrison); Rebecca Kiser-Elmore (Jacob); Lcpl Donald Kiser, USMC; Lauren, William, Jennifer, Miranda, and Delanie Kiser; and Kaela and Marissa Cardarella; siblings, William, and wife, Kathleen, Marco Island, FL; Ronald, and wife, Jackie, Johnstown; Thomas, and wife, Josephine, Johnstown; Pamela Fisher, Indianapolis, IN; David, and wife, Donna, Johnstown; and Mark, Indianapolis, IN; sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Hofecker, and husband, Paul and Marilynn Hadix; uncle, Col. Anthony Dzierski, USAF, Ret.; numerous nieces and nephews; and good friends, Steve and Irene Matse, Denny and Dollie Gisler, and Judy and Daniel Saylor. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, and the Pecan Club. She had worked for Bon Ton. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8pm Monday, at Henderson Funeral Home East Hills, 2503 Bedford St. where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am Tuesday at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Rev. David S. Peles, celebrant. Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery. www.hendersonfuneralhome.com
