WALKER- David T. "Uncle Fuzzy," 67. On February 17, 2021, Dave took his last train ride. He Departed: UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Destination: Dave's Heavenly Home. Born November 8, 1953 in Johnstown. Son of Kenneth N. and Shirley M. (Livingston) Walker. Preceded in death by his parents and baby brother Mark Kenneth Walker. Survived by brothers Terry "Wes," and Mike married to Bonnie; sister Katrina Walker; niece Shayla married to Brody; nephew Jon married to Jackie; and great niece Madison. He graduated from the former Greater Johnstown Vocational- Technical School in 1971. Enlisted in 1972, with the US Navy where he served seven years. Some of that time as a "Tin-Can Sailor," working on the destroyer USS Cory as a Radioman Third Class. During this time in 1978, Dave signed up for a one week cruise called "Awareness Through Clowning," and "Uncle Fuzzy" was born. Dave chose this name to honor his military service to "Uncle Sam." Also, to highlight the red beard and mustache he sported in those days. In 1989, Dave "Uncle Fuzzy" joined the Classic Clown Club and a lifetime member of Clowns of America International.
