David D. Kuhar

KUHAR- David D., 67, Ebensburg. Passed away March 6, 2025 at UPMC Altoona. Born November 21, 1957 in Johnstown. Son of the late Joseph and Oscie (Switzer) Kuhar. Survived by wife of 42 years, Susan (Chanonich) and numerous cousins and special friends. A graduate of Laurel Valley High School and University of Pittsburgh Johnstown. Member of Tri-State PGA Board of Directors, USGA Public Links National Committee, USGA Senior National Committee and Ebensburg Borough. Past President of West Penn Golf Association. Dave was a Golf Pro at Chestnut Ridge Golf Course, Sinking Valley Country Club and Ebensburg Country Club. Also, he was a Four-Time Winner of Merchandiser of the Year Award for Tri State Section of PGA. Friends will be received Sunday from 2-6 at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Johnstown, where a funeral service will be held Monday at 1:30. Father Brian L. Warchola, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
