Charles Andrews

Charles Andrews, 76, Conemaugh, died September 2, 2024 at home. Born April 26, 1948 in Johnstown, son of Duke and Mary Ann (Adamczyk) Andrews. Preceded in death by parents; and sisters, Mary Ann Salvaggio, and Dolores Strenko. Survived by wife, Diana (Yasinosky); children, John (Melissa Cominsky), Windber; and Lori Andrews; grandchildren, Mariah and Lilah Andrews, and Breanna Andrews, and fiance, Blaze Hughes; and brother Bernard (Barbara Govekar), New Jersey. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church. He was serving on East Conemaugh Borough Council, and was a member of Conemaugh VFD. He retired from United Metal Fabricators. He served with the US Marines during the Vietnam Era. There will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held 10AM Friday at St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church. Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home is serving the Andrews family.
