Brian Hoffman Obituary

Brian S. Hoffman, 39, Johnstown, died August 27, 2026 at home. Born January 20, 1987 in Johnstown. He is survived by parents, Tate and Sandra Conrad; wife, Desiree (Demase) Hoffman; his daughters who meant the world to him, Alanna and Peyton; siblings, Taylee Keeley Jaedyn Hoffman, Jeremy Hoffman, and Jacob Hoffman; and special and loved nieces, Nora and Sydney Keeley. Brian enjoyed going to Cape May on family vacations, being outdoors, and being with his family. He had a quirky sense of humor, and a smile that will live on in our hearts. By request, there will be no public viewing. Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, is serving the family.
