Barbara Craig (Benshoff) Rohrabaugh

Barbara Craig Rohrabaugh, 88, Johnstown, passed away on July 9, 2023. Born October 22, 1934, in Johnstown. Daughter of Warren and Muzetta (Llewellyn) Benshoff. Preceded in death by parents, husband Daniel Vernon, son Robert Wayne and daughter-in-law Darla (Gillin) Rohrabaugh. Survived by children Sandy (Rick Kopco), Tom (Kathy) Rohrabaugh; brother-in-laws Lewis (Dottie) Rohrabaugh and Bruce (Bobbi) Rohrabaugh; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren (with two more on the way); and 8 great-great grandchildren. Barbara worked for Penelec and then became an LPN in 1966 and was employed at Lee Hospital-5th Swank for 18 years. Barbara was a proud 1952 graduate of Westmont-Upper Yoder High School and served on their class reunion committee for several years. Barbara was a fierce and loyal supporter of her family and was always there to cheer on all their activities. Her favorite pastime was taking her grandchildren to lunch which always ended with her sharing a special sweet dessert with them. The family would like to thank Westmont Woods for the care and compassion they have shown Barb for the past year. Friends will be received Monday from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Pastor Dave Streets. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
