Anna May (Bracken) Walko, 87, Johnstown, born August 14, 1933 passed away at Arbutus Manor November 29,2020. She was the daughter of William and Florence (Trimbath) Bracken of Johnstown. Anna May lived her whole life in Johnstown and graduated from Johnstown High School. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Walko; parents; brothers Kenneth Bracken and Edward Bracken. She is survived by Daughter Charmaine (Walko) Sushereba, married to Daniel of Dayton Ohio; son, Wayne Walko married to Marlene(Schbeck) of Johnstown; brother William Bracken married to Judith of Chambersburg, Pa ;grandsons Paul T. Sushereba married to Christen of Bellbrook, OH and Thomas T. Walko of Lake Lure, NC. She also recently became a great-grandmother to Violet Elizabeth Sushereba of Bellbrook, OH. Anna May was a member of the Salvation Army in her youth. She was retired from Lee Hospital and was a member of Arbutus Brethren Church. She will be missed by her family, many friends and acquaintances. Due to COVID -19 a memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to Arbutus Brethren Church. Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street is serving the family.
