Alice E. Gunsallus, 68, formerly of Dunlo, was called home to be with our Lord, October 21, 2025 at Arbutus Park Manor. Born September 8, 1957, in Johnstown, daughter of Arthur E. and Pearl (Houghton) Gunsallus. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Ken "Speedy" Gunsallus; brother-in-law, Bob Harrison; and nephew, Rob Harrison. Survived by Marsha Harrison; nieces and nephew, Trish (Brad) Allsopp, Mike Harrison (and partner, Michelle Jenkins); and Sue (Allan) Stratton; great nieces and nephews, the joys of her life, Haley, Emma, Avery, Cian, Kellan, Kim (Matt) Stiffler, Marcus, Samantha, Michael, and Rian and Salem; aunt, Shirley Myers, many special cousins, and her special friends. Alice was a member of Dunlo Methodist Church. Alice was a former employee of Gee Bee, Phar-Mor, and Sears Stores. She was a special sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. She would help anyone who needed help. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation and special thank you to the entire staff at Arbutus Park Manor for their compassion and care for Alice while she was there. Alice loved the residents9who became her dear friends) and Staff as part of her extended family. Family and friends will be received from 9:30AM until the hour of service at 11AM Saturday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., with Pastor Jon Estes, Chaplin, from Arbutus Park Manor. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
