William A. Schrader Sr.

Schrader Sr., William Andrew, 83, passed away January 12, 2018 at Laurelwood Care Center. Born April 8, 1934 in Johnstown, son of the late Walter J. and Gladys A. (Smith) Schrader. Survived by wife of 61 years Dolores J. (Sax); children, William Jr. married to Barbara, Denise married to Jeff Petrosky; brother, Barry; grandchildren, Michael and Jason Mathews, John Petrosky and finace Amanda and her child Hayden Kramer, Mark and Katelyn Petrosky; great grandchildren, Faith and Alexa Mathews; He attended Emmauel Baptist Church. He was a founding member of the Kiwanis. He was a member of Cambria lodge 278 Free & Accepted Masons and was also a Shriner. Former member of the Elks. U.S. Airforce Veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved taking trips to Canada to hunt and fish. Former owner of Schrader's Florist and Greenhouse, Inc.  Friends will be received Tuesday from 1:00 pm until time of funeral service at 4:00 pm at Henderson Funeral Home East Hills, 2503 Bedford Street, Pastor David Streets. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
