Stuart T. Morisi

Stuart T. Morisi, 86, Geistown, died April 23, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 6, 1932, in Johnstown, son of Louis Morisi and Jennie Vogel. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Joseph and infant sister, Betty. Survived by wife, Shirley (Giebfried); son, Thomas (Nancy Yesh); grandson, Jacob, all of Geistown; and brother, James Vogel, Elton. He was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Stuart enjoyed bowling at Zips for over 50 years, and he was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. He was a retired electrician from Bethlehem Steel Corp., and a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. Friends received 4-7PM Friday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., where vigil wake service will be held. Funeral mass will be held Saturday at 1:30PM at St. Benedict Church with Father David Peles as celebrant. Committal, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Arbutus Park Manor.
