Samuel E. Burkett, 54, Johnstown, died May 15, 2019 at home. Born February 9, 1965 in Johnstown. Son of Samuel Jr. and Billie (Snoby) Burkett. Preceded in death by his mother and sister, Brenda Locher. Survived by children; Brandon, Samuel III and Dustin Burkett; grandchildren, Samuel IV, Hayden and Aerilynn Burkett; siblings, Suzan Burkett, Andrew married to Paige, Kelly Rager; significant other, Andrea Vargo and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He retired from the Navy with over 20 years of service. There will be no viewing or funeral services. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
