Russell Hartman Obituary

Russell Hartman, 91, Johnstown, died May 29, 2019 at home. Born June 11, 1927, in Strausstown, son of Joseph and Marian (Furman) Hartman. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Imogene (Albus); and brothers, Thomas and Stewart. Survived by children, Kelly; Theresa Ann; Jeanne (Rodney Derricott); Karen (Douglas Greubel); and Vicki Rok; 19 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and 1 great- great grandchild. He was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, where he served as an elder. He was a World War II US Navy veteran. By request, there will be no public viewing. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 4PM at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, East Hills Congregation, 35 Joseph St., Windber. John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., is serving the Hartman family.
