Oleda Jean Koshute, “Judy”, 95, Windber formerly of Geistown, died April 20, 2019, at Windber Woods. Born March 15, 1924, in Johnstown, daughter of Cloyd and Mabel (Rager) Gindlesberger. Preceded in death by parents; husband, George; sister, Waneta Patz; and brother, Marvin. Survived by sons, Donald; Timothy (Eve McCann), both of Geistown; and James (Christine Custer), Richland; grandchildren, Donald Scott, Amy Lynn Stone, Maeve Catherine, Timothy George, Maura Jean, Christopher Roth, and Aaron Roth; and great grandchildren, Hayley Bragdon, Melody Koshute, and Andrew Stone. Sister of Shirley Jones, Blairsville. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Windber Church of the Brethren. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8PM Tuesday at Henderson Funeral Home-East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., where funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11AM with Pastor Joseph E. Brown officiating. Interment, Richland Cemetery.
