Nicholas Andrew Balak, 33, went to be with the Lord, June 26, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 2, 1986 in Johnstown, son of Linda Balak. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents; Andrew and Helen Balak. Survived by mother; loving wife Heather (Haman); aunts, Gerlyn and Judy Meyers (Fred); uncles, Mark, Alan (Michele), Sam; and numerous cousins. Nicholas loved the Lord. By request of the family, there will be no public viewing or funeral. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
