Mary Theresa Rayha

Mary Theresa Rayha "Theresa/Terry", the loving daughter of Helen Soos, was born in Johnstown, PA on September 2nd, 1930, and died at the age of 86 in Tacoma, Washington on February 19th, 2017. Theresa lived a full and exciting life in Johnstown, PA, Redondo Beach, CA, Sussex, NJ, and Tacoma, WA. She loved gardening, bird watching (squirrels, too!), dogs, and all other animals. She was a very giving and outgoing person and treated everyone with respect. Her home was open to everyone. She loved and lived life! Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rayha and her sister Frances Sprague. Survivors include her three daughters, Kathleen Botteicher, Rhonda Teegarden, Bonnie Jo Triche, her sister Mildred Demchak, and her grandchildren Amanda (Botteicher) Latimer, Theresa Botteicher, Daniel Botteicher, Paula Jo Triche, and Simone (Triche) Power. In addition, Theresa has two great-granddaughters, Gabriela and Natalia Latimer. Burial will be held in private. However, a memorial mass will be held at 10:00am on Sat, June 16th, 2018 at Saint Andrew's Catholic Church. Father Angelo Patti, officiating.
