Linda McLeary Obituary

Linda Lou McLeary, 76, Belmont, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on September 3, 2018. She was born August 3, 1942, daughter of the late William and Margaret (Lainko) Rudnik. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Alfred R. McLeary; brothers, Otto, William, and Floyd; and sisters, Marjorie, Doris, and Carolyn. She is survived by her brother, Clifford; sisters, Pearl, Betty, Violet, and Paulette; loving children, Kevin (Christel) McLeary; Debra (David) Johnson; Brian (Michelle) McLeary; and Julie (Eric) Locher; grandchildren, Luke and Olivia McLeary, and Evan Locher; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 53 year member of First Presbyterian Church, where she served as deacon and was a member of the Congregational Care Committee. At Linda’s request, there will be no public services. Private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s name to Windber Hospice.
