Larry L. Layton

LAYTON- Larry L., 55, Richland Twp., went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2017 surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.  Born April 23, 1962, in Johnstown, son of Larry L. and Betsy Layton.  Preceded in death by brother Gregg, paternal and maternal grandparents.  Survived by loving wife of 28 years Lisa (Calhoun); son, Luke, Bridgeville; daughter, Lindsay at home; sisters, Stacey (Bill) Locher, Westmont and Lori (Scott) Cable, Davidsville; brother, David (Amy) Layton, Lititz; and nephews, Ian Miscoe, Jason, Derrek, and Alec Layton. Larry was a talented artist and owner/operator of Layton Graphic and Sign for the past 25 years.  He was a Richland High School pole vault coach for the past 9 years, coaching several district champions and state finalists.  Larry enjoyed spending time with his family at Prince Gallitzin State Park, camping, boating and fishing.  He was a long time member of Moxham Lutheran Church where friends will be received from noon until time of funeral service at 3:00 pm, Wednesday.  Rev.
