Kimberly Ann Worthington, 49, Johnstown, died June 30, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born November 5, 1968 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Ann (Shaffer) Worthington. Survived by loving son, Brendan Worthington; siblings, Karen Levergood (Tom), Marie Frank (Daniel), Tammy Moberly (Steven), Thomas Worthington II (Gena); nieces and nephews, Amanda, Kim, Lucas, Justin, Natasha, Tyler, Isabella, Trip as well as extended family members. Kim loved her son very much as well as animals and movies. She was an avid reader. 1989 graduate of Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center school of nursing, where she was a OBGYN nurse for 25 years. Friends will be received Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave.
