HERNANDEZ- Rev.Jose Antonio, 71, Johnstown. Passed away March 6, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center. Born February 25, 1948 in New York City. Son of Eusebio and Justa (Gomez) Hernandez. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Cathy (Best) and sister Elba Brenner-Hernandez. Survived by son Mark Aaron Hernandez married to Loretta (Wells) of VA, grandchildren Denisia Luszik, Erika Elford, Whitney Carpenter, Tyler Elford and Nebraska Hernandez, sister Miriam Ramirez Carpenter, nieces and nephews. Jose was a spiritual leader at Peniel Ministries. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 13, at Peniel Ministries, 760 Cooper Ave. John Henderson Co., 215 Central Ave is in charge of arrangements.
