POLKE- JoAnn Marie, 84, Johnstown. Passed away March 9, 2019 in Pittsburgh, as a result of an automobile accident. Born July 30, 1934 in Johnstown. Daughter of Thomas and Margaret (McMullen) Cardellino. Preceded in death by her parents; sons, Michael Leroy and Thomas James. Survived by daughters, Lisa C. married to William Conway of Indianapolis, Indiana and Gabrielle married to Gary Henderson of Ajijic, Mexico; brother, Dr. Thomas Cardellino; sister, Judy Raco both of Johnstown; granddaughter, Autumn married to R. Michael II Leppert; great grandchildren, Carlise Joanna and R. Michael III Leppert all of Indianapolis and canine companion “Maggie.” Member of Our Mother of Sorrows Church, Caring Friends, ISDA and the Bridge Club. She retired as an LPN from Conemaugh Hospital. Friends will be received from 4-8 Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 Wednesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Father Mark Begley, officiating. Committal at Grandview Cemetery.
