PAYNE- Jazmine L, 17, Johnstown. Passed away July 6, 2017 at Children’s Hospital. Born May 3, 2000 in Johnstown. Daughter of Maurice and Susan Payne. Survived by her parents, sisters Destiny, Shyla and Alexis, lifelong caregivers Dan and Jean (Wilson) Rose and their children. She attended Grove Ave. United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills, and 2503 Bedford St. Pastor Dirk Wooten will be officiating. Entombment at Grandview Mausoleum. She was an angel to everyone that has known her and brought smiles so many faces. Thanks to Interim Health Care Staff, especially Nancy, Toni and Peggy, who cared for Jazmine over 6 years.
