James G. Bowers, 54, Johnstown, died April 29, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 23, 1964 in Johnstown, son of Reed F. Bowers Sr. and Donna M. (Roberts) Bowers. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother; fiancé, Lisa Berkey; children, James Bowers married to Juliet, Trevor J. Whitman married to Jessica (Bennett); grandchildren, Serenity, Adrianna, Tyler and Alice; siblings, Reed "Frankie" Bowers and fiancé Sharon, Gary "Dino" Bowers married to Paula, Cynthia Bowers and fiancé Dave Jackson, Robert Bowers married to Denise "Dee"; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He enjoyed playing pool, racing and collecting coins. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 am at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave.
