CARTER- Dorothy, 91, Johnstown. Passed away July 1, 2019 at home. Born October 3, 1927 in Johnstown. Daughter of William and Mathilda “Tillie” (Regittko) Licht. Preceded in death by parents, husband Gerald L., son Thomas and sister Bertha McNeal. Survived by son Paul; grandchildren Patrick married Quinn and Rachel married to Ryan; and great grandchildren Britton and Charli. Dorothy will be dearly missed by her neighbors Joseph and Crystal Warhul. Member of Zion Lutheran Church. At Dorothy’s request, all services will be private. Contributions may be made to Salvation Army or St. Jude. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
