Dawn was not only a friend of mine, she was the best neighbor I have had since moving back to Johnstown. This was no secret to either of us as I told her every time I talked to or saw her. Many times we would trade off leftovers of meals we had made. And I will surely miss our talks with coffee on her back porch. When we moved we couldn't fit everything into our uhaul and she was kind enough to let us store it on her back porch until we could get it. If people could have only heard some of the conversations her and I had over that chain link fence that we used to lift her dogs over so they could run in my larger yard. She was the sweetest, most caring person I have met in a long time. I still have a table and 2 chairs that she had given me in my home today and I will cherish them forever. Keep cooking up there and watch over us please. We will all be joining you in time.
