Crystal Ann (Williams) Bates

Crystal joined the angels, surrounded by all of her loving friends of Laurelwood Care Center, following a long and courageous battle with a series of illnesses. Crystal was the daughter of Donna (Williams) Salem, and was pre-deceased by father, David Williams; step-father, Norman Salem; son, David Bates; and grandmother, Alpha Thomas. She was a US Navy veteran who participated in Desert Shield. At Crystal’s request, there will be no viewing or committal service.
