Bryant K. Syfert

Bryant K. Syfert, 45, Johnstown, died December 25, 2017, at his home. He was born February 6, 1972, in Hammond, IN, son of Charles and Karen (Tomlinson) Syfert. He was preceded in death by his father. Along with his mother, from Johnstown, he is survived by his wife, Laurie (Gedzar) Syfert, whom he married July 17, 1993; children, Jayna, Jordan, Courtney, and Austin; and a sister, Tina. He was a member of Richland American Legion Post 849. He had served as wrestling coach at North Star High School for many years. He was a retired US Navy veteran. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Henderson Funeral Home East Hills, 2503 Bedford St., where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, the Rev.
