Barbara R. (Shaffer) Craig

Barbara R. Craig, 60, Johnstown, died June 8, 2017. She was born April 25, 1957, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Henry A. and Gloria (Cox) Shaffer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mearl Craig; daughter, Bobbie Lee Shauley; and brothers, George Shaffer and Donald Shaffer. She is survived by sisters, Toni L. Shaffer; Cheryl Clark, and husband, Gregory; and Wendy Dugan, and husband, Brian; brothers, William Shaffer; and Patrick Shaffer, and wife, Delores (Wright); several step grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She participated in various activities at the church, including working with special needs children at Wings Organization. She had worked for the Conemaugh Health System. There will be no public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Music Chapel at Emmanuel Church, 425 Luther Road, Pastor Peter Nordlund, officiating.
