Thomas Robert Faust

FAUST- Thomas Robert, 47, of Upper Yoder Twp., passed away December 28, 2017 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital. Born September 12, 1970 in Johnstown. Son of Larry and Ivy (Hritz) Faust. Preceded in death by grandparents; Robert and Jane Faust, and Thomas and Gertrude Hritz; aunt, Sylvia Hritz; uncle, Don Faust, and pets Sunshine, Toonces and Boo. Survived by his parents, of Johnstown, wife of 15 years, Marcy Jean (Vamos); son, Jordan Thomas at home; brother, Jamie married to Heidi Jo (Reddecliff) of Orlando, FL; aunts, Linda Palov, Bonnie Hritz and Maryann Faust all of Johnstown; numerous cousins and pets Ritzy and Remmy. Member of Ferndale United Methodist Church. Tom enjoyed listening to music and playing guitar. Also, an avid Steelers fan. Former Environmental Engineer for Johnstown Wire Technologies. Toms family would like to thank the staff at Montefiore Hospital, 5th floor Liver Transplant ICU, for their care. Friends will be received from 1:00 pm until time of funeral service at 3:00pm Saturday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., Pastor Terry Knipple, officiating. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cambria County Humane Society.
