Peggy J. (Harris) Young

Peggy J. Young, 69, Johnstown, passed away April 18, 2018 at her home. Born February 9, 1949 in Columbus, GA. Daughter of Wesley Sr. and Rosalie (Brown) Harris. Preceded in death by parents; husband, William J. Young; brother, Wesley Harris Jr. Survived by daughters; Denean Young and Nichol married to Roosevelt Edwards; siblings, Mary Ann Hall, Betty J. married to Marlin Green, Patricia married to Richard Cunningham, Kenneth Harris married to Bobbie (Yarbrough). She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. She loved crossword puzzles, music and singing. She had a great sense of humor. She especially loved and appreciated family time including family meals. At Peggy's request there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Kingdom Hall 35 Joseph Ave., Windber, Pa. 15963. John Henderson Company Funeral Home is serving the family.
