Melissa Berry

Berry, Melissa, 51, Johnstown, passed away August 24, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 28, 1966 in Johnstown, daughter of Benny Washington and Shirley Berry. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Joyce. Survived by sons; Norris "Pete", Domnic, Aquon; siblings, Patricia(Jeff), Richard(Priscilla), Leon, Roxann, Wynn, Brian(Kim), Kevin, Craig(Cindy), four grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and relatives. She was a member of Pilgrim Church of God in Christ. She loved going to yard sales. Melissa gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. Friends will be received Monday from 6-8 pm at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm, Rev. Dr. Darin Washington and Evangelist Bobbi Jo McGowan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
