Lois J. (McDonald) Smith

Lois J. Smith, 83, Johnstown, died November 30, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 30, 1934, in Johnstown, daughter of the late Alfred and Marian (Schrum) McDonald. Survived by husband, Robert, whom she married June 13, 1959; children, Jeffrey W. (Dawn Shaffer), Paul (Theresa Klesch), both of Johnstown; Bobbie (Michael Young), Palm Coast, FL; and Tammy (Brian Hale), Ferndale; grandchildren, Tabetha Zupon, Jennifer Fontana, Adam Hale, Jeffrey R. Smith, Cassie Schneider, Jonathan Smith, Stephanie Smith, and Raina Young; and great grandchildren, Scarlett, Ryder, and Willow Hale, and Henry Fontana. She was a former director of the Cambria City Mission. Friends received from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8pm Sunday, at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held at 11am Monday with Pastor John Hollis officiating.
