Jean L. (Tinsmith) Scanlon

Jean L. Scanlon, 58, Johnstown, died June 7, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Born May 13, 1959 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Robert and Shirley (Gutwald) Tinsmith. Survived by husband, Michael; children, Jared and Jacob, both of Johnstown; and Caitlin (Kristopher Hogue), Hollsopple; and grandchildren, Joselynn, Karter, and Karigan Hogue. Sister of Barbara (George Ola), Johnstown. Jean was an LPN at Laurel View Village. She loved laughing, cooking, trivia, and most of all, her family. By request, there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 11 am at John Henderson Company Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave.
