Grief Recovery is a system by which you can learn about grief, how to recognize it, deal with it, pass through it and continue life in an
enjoyable fashion.
Grief
Recovery Plan
Grief
after a life loss is something we all have or will
experience.
We
all handle it differently.
Our
plan will inform you as to what feelings and physical
changes you might experience during your grieving period,
whether it be short or long term.
Dealing
with the loss of a key figure in our lives, for the first
time , places us in uncharted waters; to know
certain warning signs, pit falls and milestones, can be of
great comfort. Also knowing there are others in your
group, on the same path, offers a chance for a wonderful
support system, outside the family; new people with
a common situation...one of admission of loss, a true
desire to cope with that loss and a need to continue their
lives, remembering their loss, yet going on, being able to
smile and enjoy life again.
Our
COPE program is a 7 week course, meeting once a week for
1-1/2 hours.
If
you'd like an opportunity to get past your grief through
understanding your feelings, to a time when you again
enjoy life and those around you...join us.
